Real Street Advisors, founded by Ambika Gandhi, MRICS, who is a hospitality real estate professional boasting over 18 years of hospitality, development, consulting, and operations experience. She has garnered extensive experience across 4 continents, overseeing project assessments exceeding USD 15 billion.

Ambika’s professional journey is marked by notable roles in esteemed consulting firms such as Ernst & Young and Horwath HTL, with a footprint in Canada, Singapore, and the Middle East. Her affiliations include RICS, and she holds a Masters’ degree in hospitality from Cornell University.

With a strong analytical aptitude, Ambika excels in collecting and organizing data into insightful documents and reports. She is acclaimed for her specialized boutique consulting approach, characterized by innovative thinking that elevates the landscape of hotels and the broader hospitality industry.
